Find, summarize, and create documents with Claude

Drive as your agency’s knowledge base

Most agencies store critical knowledge in Drive: client briefs, project docs, SOPs, proposals, reports. With Claude connected to Drive, that knowledge becomes searchable and usable in ways that manual browsing never could match.

Finding documents

"Search my Drive for everything related to [client name]. List what you find organized by type:
- Contracts/proposals
- Project documents
- Status reports
- Correspondence

Which folder does most of their content live in?"

Summarizing a document

"Find the proposal we sent to [client] last month and summarize:
- What we proposed to do
- The timeline we committed to
- The investment amount
- Any special terms or conditions
- What they decided"

Cross-document synthesis

"I'm preparing for a quarterly business review. Find all client project folders and for each active client:
- Current project status
- Any overdue deliverables
- Open items on their side
- Red flags or issues

Compile this into a single summary document in my Drive at /BConverse/Internal/QBR-[quarter]"

Creating documents from templates

"Create a new project folder for [client name] at /BConverse/Clients/[client name]/ with:
- A copy of our standard project brief template renamed to '[client name] — Project Brief'
- A status tracker doc from our template
- A folder for 'Assets' and a folder for 'Deliverables'

Then fill in the project brief with:
[provide client and project details]"

Test it: Ask Claude to find everything in your Drive related to one active client. Notice how it organizes the results. Then ask it to create a status summary from those documents.
